Jamie pre-inspects the large excavator before operating. Jamie is one of eighteen students participating in Velocity’s industry training program located in Westbank, B.C. Students will be training on the large excavator, backhoe, loader, mini excavator, D3 and D5 dozers and articulated rock truck. By the end of their training period these ITA (Industry Training Authority) registered apprentices will have had the opportunity to record up to 170 hrs of experience in their log books.
